Welcome to Julia Clean Pro. By booking our services, scheduling an appointment online, by phone, or via SMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms protect both our clients and our cleaning professionals to ensure the highest standard of service.
1 Scope of Services
Julia Clean Pro provides professional owner-operated residential house cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out/move-in services throughout Edmond, Oklahoma City, Nichols Hills, Yukon, and surrounding Oklahoma communities. Specific inclusions and exclusions depend on the selected cleaning package confirmed during inquiry.
2 Estimates & Pricing Adjustments
- Preliminary Quotes: Estimates given via phone, SMS, or online form are accurate approximations based on standard square footage and typical living conditions.
- On-Site Assessment: If a property’s condition significantly deviates from what was described (e.g., severe accumulation, excessive pet fur, unnotified extra rooms, or biohazardous conditions), we reserve the right to adjust the final price or adjust priorities prior to starting work.
3 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lockouts
We respect your schedule and reserve dedicated time slots for each home:
- 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment.
- Lockout Policy: If our cleaning specialist arrives at the scheduled window and cannot access the home (e.g., forgotten gate codes, locked doors, or power/water disconnected), a $50 lockout fee will be applied to cover travel and reserved time.
4 Property Access & Pets
- Utilities: Running water, electricity, and functional climate control (A/C or heat) are required for safe and effective cleaning.
- Pet Safety: We are proud to be 100% pet-friendly. However, for the safety of your pets and our cleaner, aggressive, overprotective, or anxious pets must be securely confined during the cleaning appointment.
5 Limitation of Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions
- Pre-Existing Wear: Julia Clean Pro is not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, unsealed granite/marble, loose wall fixtures, brittle blinds, or dry-rotted surfaces.
- Valuables & Heirlooms: Clients are requested to store irreplaceable, sentimental, or high-value items safely prior to cleaning.
- 24-Hour Reporting Window: In the rare event of accidental damage directly caused during our service, notification must be submitted with photographic evidence within 24 hours of service completion.
6 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand firmly behind our 4.9★ reputation. If you are not completely delighted with any specific cleaned area, simply notify Julia within 24 hours. We will gladly return and re-clean that specific area at no extra charge.
